How to Share Your Resume From an iPhone

Three ways, from fastest to most formal.

The fastest way is to save a resume QR code to Photos and let the other person scan it. You can also text your resume link, or attach the PDF from Files in Mail.

Option 1: Show a QR code

1Upload your resume PDF here.
2Tap Save QR Code so the image goes into Photos.
3Add it to Favorites.
4Open the photo and let them scan it.

Option 2: Text your resume link

Tap Share on your QR page and pick Messages. They get a link that opens your resume, and you don't need their email address.

Option 3: Attach the PDF in Mail

Open Mail, tap the attachment button, and pick the PDF from Files. Best when someone specifically asked for a file to keep on record.

What about AirDrop?

AirDrop works, but only to another Apple device that's nearby and discoverable.
It sends a copy, so an updated resume means sending again.
A QR code works with any phone, Apple or not.
