How Many Resumes Should I Bring?

Bring about 10 to 15 printed resumes for a normal campus career fair, or 20 for a large one. Most students hand out fewer than they expect, because many employers ask you to apply online instead.
A simple way to decide
- Count the employers you genuinely want to talk to.
- Add five for the tables you'll stumble into.
- Round up to the nearest five, and stop there.
Why more paper isn't the answer
Extra copies get bent, get heavy, and usually go home with you. The problem isn't running low on paper at table three, it's not being able to share your resume at table twelve.
