Comparison
Apple Wallet Resume vs Paper Resume
Both work at a career fair. They are good at different things.
An Apple Wallet resume pass keeps a QR code for your resume on your iPhone, so you never run out and can update the file later. A paper resume needs no phone and lets a recruiter write notes on it. Most students bring both.

When paper is better
Some recruiters take notes directly on your resume, some tables collect paper to review later, and paper never depends on a battery or a signal.
When the Wallet pass is better
It is with you at every table, it does not run out on a busy afternoon, and you can replace the resume file later without changing the QR code.
Do I still need paper resumes at a career fair?
Bring a few. Paper is still useful at some tables, and a small stack costs you nothing.
Can I update my resume without changing my Apple Wallet QR?
Yes. TapX uses a permanent share link. You can replace your resume later while keeping the same QR code in Apple Wallet.
